Smoother Halloween: up to +23% frames per second

Update 0.1.55.

The Party Manor has been optimized without changing its atmosphere:

• up to +23% frames per second;
• −30% stutters (the worst frames, the ones you feel while playing).

Measured in-game, with lights off then on. Actual gains depend on your PC.

A looping error that could drop performance when the Steam connection was lost is also fixed.
